The amount of time it takes for your muscles to recover from exercise depends on your fitness levels and the difficulty of your training. The volume, intensity, and duration of your training also all play a role in determining how taxing it is on your body.
However, Active Collagen contains two clinically proven Bioactive Collagen Peptides®, which, along with the additional vitamins and minerals, contribute to the maintenance of ligaments & tendons, soft tissue repair, and protein synthesis.

Directions
Simply tear off the top of the sachet and squeeze gel into mouth. It is recommend you take one gel daily for at least 12 weeks to see best results. You can even add the gel to drinks, foods and smoothies for a high protein boost at any time of day.

Returns
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase from Health and Beauty Channel. However, if you are unhappy with an item for any reason it can be returned to us.
Items must be returned within 30 days if you would like a refund or exchange. The item(s) being returned need to be in perfect condition and in their undamaged, unopened and original packaging. We cannot refund or exchange anything that has been personalised and/or used unless it is deemed to be faulty.
Return postage, packing insurance and direct costs will be the responsibility of the sender, not the Health and Beauty Channel and cannot be refunded. Please keep proof of posting to facilitate claims should goods be lost in transit. We endeavour to handle all returns or complaints within 5 working days. Replacements will be sent free of charge if the item is faulty or damaged.
